The most important extensions should be available together with the OOo-3.1 packages. They are already available with the default OOo-3.0 on openSUSE-11.1. I am sure that we will add better solution of the compatibility in the future if needed. We need to evaluate all the binary incompatibilities at first. Note that the extensions based on java or python or including templates, dictionaries, … should work already now.
