In theory, it would be possible to enable it for openSUSE-11.1 but I haven’t got time to try it yet. It can’t be build for older distros because there is not an usable KDE4. Note that I build against the stock openSUSE. I would need another help hand to build against the more up-to-date KDE4 repos 😉
