Hey Naren!! I solved it… first tried the Miguel way (Im using 64bit opensuse too) and didn’t, so tried the Yuri one, neither
But realized that the second didn’t make any effect because the directory “plugins” already exists, so manually erased it:

cd /opt/google/chrome

rm plugins

and then tried the Yuri:

ln -s /usr/lib64/browser-plugins/ plugins

and that did the trick, Now flash works on my machine with openSUSE 11.2 x86_64
