The Mac OS X downloads seem to be OOo and not GoOO. For 3.2, both the download file name and the content of what’s downloaded say OOo and make no mention of GoOO.

The dictionaries should be fixed in GoOo-3.2-12.exe. We just did not upload 3.2-11 because people reported another critical bug in the meantime.

No, we skipped 3.2-11 and uploaded GoOo-3.2-12.exe with some more fixes.

I am afraid that it is not possible. I think that neither the installation directory nor the user configuration directory is configurable. Note that it is basically the same application. The Go-oo build only includes several extra modifications.

Just guessing here. They ran out of time after compiling all the other versions, and figured if people were that keen they would just use the dictionary work-a-round for version 3.2.10

What happened to GoOo-3.2-11.exe for Win32? Was this release forgotten?

I would like to try the Windows version of Go-oo 3.2.11 later this week (on XP SP3), in parallel with the existing OOo 3.1.1
Do I need to take any special steps?
