I have to restor eback to 12.10 to get it to work. I am running 64 bit Windows 7 and have dual Radeon HD 6670 video cards.

Which mean the .ko was not build for the kernel.
We can see you’re running kernel 3.7.10-1.1-desktop could you recheck with the last 3.7.10-1.4.1-desktop published.

Also wait a few hours, the new build for fglrx is synchronizing on the mirror
But I don’t know you’re not using the repository in your list.
